Job summary

Relativity is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead Automation Services and Infrastructure, overseeing platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. You will drive the roadmap, align cross-functional teams, and shape security primitives, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered extensibility.

You will partner with engineering and security to ensure governance, reliability, and scalable adoption across our platform while using AI-enabled patterns to move faster and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

7+ years in software product management across multiple lifecycle stages.
Ability to define scope under uncertainty and prioritize transparently.
Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products (APIs/SDKs) with measurable adoption.
Cloud platform architecture experience (Azure preferred) and distributed systems knowledge.
Experience in AI-enabled SDLC environments and governance.
Data-driven, using data to set goals and monitor health.
Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience mentoring junior product managers.

Responsibilities

Own roadmap and backlog, sequencing work by impact and dependencies.
Define 'done' and maintain ownership across incubation to adoption.
Run structured discovery with developers and ISVs to surface needs and validate them.
Make tough scope calls, document rationale, and maintain momentum.
Drive velocity while maintaining a quality bar across the platform.
Lead across product, engineering, and go-to-market, aligning stakeholders.
