Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Automation Services and Infrastructure organization to lead platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. You will define direction, measure health, and partner with engineering and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable platform solutions.

The role emphasizes building for builders, with strong technical foundations, customer focus, and governance through AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management across multiple lifecycle stages.
• Proven ability to deliver through ambiguity with customer involvement.
• Experience with developer-facing/platform products (APIs, SDKs, security primitives).

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog. Sequence work based on customer impact, technical dependencies, and business priorities.
• Define what "done" looks like and hold to it across incubation, migration, and adoption stages.
• Get it in front of real customers or internal consumers early and often to surface issues and validate ideas.
• Make hard scope calls: decide what ships this quarter, what is a future bet, and what is out.
• Drive velocity while maintaining quality to defend downstream work and ensure reliability.
