Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the automation services and infrastructure platform, overseeing platform capabilities that power RelativityOne. You will define product direction, align with engineering and partners, and drive secure, scalable solutions with AI-enhanced workflows.

You will own the roadmap, run structured discovery with developers and ISVs, and own decisions on what to ship when.

Qualifications

7+ years in software product management with ownership across incubation, migration or scaled adoption.
Ability to deliver through ambiguity with clear scope and hard prioritization decisions.
Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products - APIs, SDKs, extension frameworks, security primitives.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and backlog, sequencing work by impact, dependencies, and priorities.
Define done criteria and maintain it across incubation, migration, and adoption stages.
Run structured discovery with developers, engineering teams, and ISVs to surface improvements and validate ideas.
Make hard scope decisions about what ships this quarter, future bets, or what stays out.
Maintain velocity while preserving quality to support downstream users and teams.
Balance discovery vs. adoption when launching new platform capabilities.
Build platform-first thinking and translate platform concepts for builders and buyers.
Develop customer-facing documentation, enablement guides, and release notes for platform capabilities.
Lead through influence across product, engineering, and go-to-market; track adoption and reliability metrics.
