Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Automation Services and Infrastructure, overseeing platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. The role spans automation, security primitives, cloud-native infrastructure, and AI-powered extensibility, with a governance foundation for agents, tools, and experiences.

You will own the roadmap, drive discovery with developers and ISVs, and align with engineering and partners to deliver secure, scalable platform solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management, with ownership across multiple lifecycle stages: incubation, migration, or adoption.
• Ability to deliver through ambiguity, define scope, and ship with customers in hand.
• Experience with developer- or platform-facing products—APIs, SDKs, security primitives, or cloud infra—with measurable adoption.
• Hands-on cloud platform architecture experience (Azure preferred) and comfort in distributed systems and AI-enabled platform patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog; sequence work by customer impact, dependencies, and priorities.
• Define done criteria, drive structured discovery with developers, ISVs, and engineering teams.
• Make scope calls about what ships this quarter and what is a future bet; document reasoning and maintain momentum.
• Drive velocity while upholding quality; defend downstream work and maintain reliability.
• Balance discovery versus adoption; apply appropriate model for net-new capabilities vs. scaling existing ones.
• Lead through influence across product, engineering, and partner teams; track adoption, migration, reliability, and integration metrics.
