Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Automation Services and Infrastructure organization, guiding platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. You will define direction, measure health, and partner with engineering and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable platform solutions with a customer-centric and AI-enabled mindset.

You will own the roadmap, balance incubation and adoption, and drive velocity while preserving quality.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years in software product management across multiple lifecycle stages.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and ship with customers in hand.
Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products (APIs/SDKs/cloud).
Hands-on cloud platform experience (Azure preferred) and AI-enabled SDLC familiarity.
Data-driven approach to goals, metrics, and decision-making.
Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Active user of AI tools for prototyping and drafting specs.
Mentoring junior product managers is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap and backlog; sequence work by impact and dependencies.
Define done criteria and maintain it across incubation, migration, or adoption phases.
Conduct structured discovery with developers, engineers, and ISVs to validate needs.
Make hard scope calls and document reasoning to keep momentum.
Drive velocity while maintaining quality and reliability for platform customers.
Differentiate discovery vs adoption for net-new capabilities vs scaling adoption.
