Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems to own Atlassian architecture, governance, and platform strategy across a multi-unit cloud environment. You will partner with business leaders to redefine workflows, manage licensing decisions with procurement, and drive platform consolidation while maintaining HIPAA/compliance posture.

You will lead teams across internal and client-facing tracks, emphasize AI-first approaches, and deliver in increments with measurable value.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud permissions, SCIM/identity provisioning, and Jira architecture at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the Atlassian architecture and governance for multi-instance Cloud, consolidating to shared standards.
• Own the HIPAA/BAA compliance posture across products, integrations, and AI connectors.
• Own licensing strategy, forecast demand, model tier/seat decisions, and support renewal recommendations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to redesign team workflows and operating models during consolidation.
• Communicate platform strategy and renewal decisions to executive stakeholders.
• Build and coach teams, setting ownership and delivery standards.
• Apply an AI-first lens to platform design and operations.
• Deliver value in increments, run experiments, and adapt roadmaps.
