Job summary

Diligent Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Platform Engineering to lead the team responsible for Atlassian and Microsoft platforms and to shape the architectural direction for the internal IT estate. You will drive secure, reliable and scalable experiences for employees worldwide, modernising service management and enabling AI safely through Copilot and Rovo.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading technical teams in a distributed org.
• Proven ownership of Atlassian Cloud at enterprise scale (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
• Strong governance of Microsoft 365 E5 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online).
• Ability to set architecture direction across identity and cloud technologies (OKTA or similar).
• Experience applying ITIL-aligned service management, automation and self-service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and grow a global platform engineering team.
• Own strategy and roadmap for Atlassian Cloud and Microsoft 365 E5 estates.
• Define integration/automation patterns across identity and HRIS/ITSM systems.
• Partner with IT Support to reduce tickets and improve self-service.
• Establish standards for security, governance, AI adoption and business continuity.
