Job summary

Harbinger, a US-based EV company, is seeking an IT Enterprise Applications Administrator to own our Atlassian stack end to end. You will manage Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian Guard, implement advanced workflows, and build integrations with other enterprise systems.

You will shape automation, governance, and AI gateway adoption, partnering with Security and Legal to enforce policies while training teams across the organization in best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, or related field.
• 4+ years administering Atlassian Cloud products at scale (Jira & Confluence).
• Atlassian certifications are a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own Atlassian platform administration (Jira, Confluence, Guard) including licenses and security policies.
• Design and implement advanced Jira workflows and automation rules.
• Develop integrations using REST API and Forge/Connect.
• Govern AI usage with policy and governance in collaboration with Security and Legal.
• Document configurations and train end users.
