Job summary

The role emphasizes collaboration with product, design, security, and analytics while adopting Generative AI and intelligent automation to improve business outcomes. Remote within the U.S. encouraged.

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years leading high-performing teams in Agile, cloud-native environments.
5+ years of cloud development experience (GCP preferred).
Experience delivering modern platform capabilities leveraging AI technologies and large language models.
Experience delivering software end-to-end from design through production operations at scale.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and architectural leadership for scalable distributed systems, APIs, and AI-enabled platform capabilities.
Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineers while fostering a culture of innovation and learning.
Drive end-to-end execution on high-visibility projects delivering measurable business value.
Establish KPIs/OKRs, mitigate risks, and ensure secure, compliant AI usage across platforms.
Collaborate across engineering, product, design, security, and analytics teams to stay ahead of AI/automation trends.
