Job summary

Harbinger is seeking an IT Enterprise Applications Administrator to own our Atlassian stack across Jira and Confluence, plus related enterprise apps. This hands-on role focuses on advanced workflows, automation, and governance in a fast‑growing EV manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or CS and 4+ years of Atlassian Cloud administration, with exposure to AI tooling and REST APIs. Competitive California salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years administering Atlassian Cloud products at scale, ideally including both Jira and Confluence for a multi-team organization.
• Atlassian certifications are a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian Guard, including licensing, user provisioning, permission schemes, and org-level security policies.
• Design and build advanced Jira workflows, automation rules, and JQL‑driven views for teams across the company.
• Develop integrations using the Atlassian REST API, webhooks, and Forge/Connect apps to connect Jira and Confluence with other enterprise systems.
• Document configurations, workflows, and decisions in Confluence so the setup is maintainable by others.
