Job summary

HealthEdge Software, Inc. is seeking a hands-on platform leader to own Atlassian architecture, governance, and a consolidation roadmap across its post-merger environment.

You will drive the multi-instance Cloud strategy, SCIM/identity provisioning, and scale-standardization while balancing customization and simplification. You will own HIPAA/BAA compliance posture and licensing strategy, partnering with procurement to forecast demand and renewals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud permissions and identity provisioning at scale.
• Ability to read, debug, and evaluate admin tooling built against Atlassian REST API (Python preferred).
• Track record leading platform consolidation and workflow redesign with executive stakeholders.
• Direct in-house platform ownership background.
• Experience operating a platform in regulated environments (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, PCI, FedRAMP, or GxP).
• Hands-on Atlassian licensing and vendor management experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Atlassian architecture and governance across a multi-instance Cloud environment.
• Own HIPAA/BAA compliance posture across products, Marketplace apps, integrations, and AI connectors.
• Own licensing strategy in partnership with procurement and provide renewal recommendations with cost data.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to redesign how teams work and rethink workflows during consolidation.
• Communicate platform strategy and renewal decisions to executive stakeholders.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team, promoting end-to-end ownership.
• Apply an AI-first lens to platform design and team operations.
• Deliver incrementally with measured risk-taking and value validation.
