Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior leader to design and drive growth strategy for the Platform Portfolio within Corporate Strategy. You will partner with Product Leadership to set investment priorities, build executive reporting, and lead a team of analysts and managers who shape portfolio decisions across multiple product families.

You will direct growth initiatives, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and ensure alignment of go-to-market plans with company priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, GTM, product operations, or finance with increasing scope.
• Executive communication with C-suite and board experience.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with market sizing and investment prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Platform portfolio-level growth framework across businesses.
• Drive strategic initiatives including post-acquisition growth and cross-portfolio synergies.
• Author and maintain ELT/Board frameworks and KPI-driven narratives.
• Size growth opportunities and shape investment prioritization and roadmaps.
• Partner on pricing, packaging, and incentive design for new selling motions.
• Lead and grow a multi-level team across GTM strategy and business operations.
• Drive AI-enabled insights and automation to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Corporate Strategy peers for consistent frameworks and reporting.
