Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, GTM, or finance with growing scope.
• Proven ability to build frameworks and teams from scratch.
• Exceptional executive communication with C-suite and board experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience across multiple levels.
• Experience in a matrixed organization across Product, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Product Marketing.
• SaaS or high-tech industry background.
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve platform portfolio growth framework for each business.
• Lead post-acquisition growth strategy and cross-portfolio synergies.
• Prepare frameworks and performance metrics for ELT and Board reviews with cross-functional leaders.
• Size growth opportunities and shape investment priorities and roadmaps.
• Partner on pricing, packaging, and incentive design for new selling motions.
• Build and grow the GTM strategy and business operations team.
• Drive AI-enabled insights and streamline team processes with automation.
• Ensure alignment with corporate strategy and executive communications.
