Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director of Product GTM & Growth Strategy within the Corporate Strategy organization. You will lead portfolio-level growth, define executive cadence, and build the analytics backbone supporting portfolio decisions across five product families.

This role partners with Product Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive market analysis, investment prioritization, and post-sales adoption, while mentoring a team of analysts and managers to deliver data-driven

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in strategy, GTM, product operations, management consulting, or finance.
5+ years of people leadership experience across multiple levels.
SaaS or high-tech industry experience required.
Demonstrated ability to build frameworks, operating rhythms, and teams from ambiguity.
Strong executive communication and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the Platform portfolio-level growth framework and investment trade-offs.
Drive strategic initiatives including post-acquisition growth strategy and cross-portfolio synergies.
Author and maintain frameworks and performance metrics for ELT and Board reviews.
Size growth opportunities and shape investment prioritization and product roadmap inputs.
Partner with commercial strategy on pricing, packaging, and incentive design.
Lead and grow a team across GTM strategy and business operations.
Drive innovation using AI tools to extract insights and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with Corporate Strategy peers to ensure alignment in reporting.
