Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Director to lead the Product GTM & Growth Strategy for the Platform Portfolio, shaping portfolio growth frameworks and executive-level reporting across five product families.

You will build and lead a team of analysts and managers, drive cross-functional GTM planning, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Product to align on KPIs and investments, leveraging AI-driven insights to scale adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Exceptional executive communication skills with experience advising and presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including market sizing, competitive analysis and financial modeling.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, across multiple levels as a manager of managers.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the platform portfolio growth framework and tailor investment levers for each business’s stage.
• Drive strategic initiatives including post-acquisition growth strategy and cross-portfolio synergies.
• Partner with pricing, packaging, and incentives to support new selling motions across the portfolio.
• Lead, develop, and grow a team across GTM strategy and business operations, and leverage AI for deeper insights.
