Responsibilities

Own platform portfolio growth framework — segmenting each business by growth archetype.
Drive strategic initiatives including post-acquisition growth strategy and cross-portfolio synergies.
Author and maintain ELT/Board frameworks and KPIs, coordinating with Product, Sales, and Finance.
Size growth opportunities and shape investment prioritization, product roadmap inputs, and external positioning.
Partner with pricing, packaging, and incentives to support evolving selling motions.
Lead, develop, and grow a team across GTM strategy and business operations.
Drive AI-enabled insights and efficiency through team processes.
