Qualifications
- 7+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE.
- 4+ years leading mid-sized teams (5–10 engineers).
- 3+ years with GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, and IaC (Terraform).
- 4+ years Agile/Scrum delivery, incident management, and cross-team coordination.
- 1+ years AI-driven operations or automation frameworks.
- 3+ years designing/troubleshooting cloud networking and secure app communication.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the platform engineering roadmap aligned to priorities and milestones.
- Drive delivery of GCP-based platform capabilities (GKE, IAM, networking, CI/CD, observability).
- Establish engineering standards, best practices, and ADR compliance.
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance adherence (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Partner with stakeholders across security, networking, applications; report risk and progress.
- Oversee SLOs, operational metrics, and capacity planning; coordinate dependencies.
