Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to lead the design and implementation of developer platforms, CI/CD tooling, and testing infrastructure. You will enable hundreds of software engineers to build, test, and deploy high-quality applications with velocity.

You will drive architectural decisions, lead cross-functional initiatives, and mentor other engineers while participating in on-call rotations to ensure reliability and security of critical services.

Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Building tools/services for developers and developer portals.
• IaC experience with Terraform and cloud providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of developer platforms, CI/CD strategy, and testing frameworks.
• Drive technical decisions aligning with architectural vision.
• Act as tech lead on complex initiatives and break down problems for the team.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support platform reliability and incidents.
