Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, or SRE.
• 4+ years in team leadership, managing mid-sized teams (5–10 engineers).
• 3+ years with GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/KCC/Kustomize).
• 4+ years with Agile/Scrum, incident management, cross-team coordination.
• 1+ years with AI-driven operations or automation.
• 3+ years cloud networking (VPCs, routing, load balancing, firewalls, DNS).
• 3+ years in production support and on-call rotations.
• 3+ years with SQL/Oracle/MongoDB/Cassandra/Cloud Spanner/Kafka

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the H100 platform engineering roadmap and deliver enterprise-grade platform capabilities.
• Drive GCP-based platform capabilities (GKE, IAM, networking, CI/CD, observability).
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, ADRs, security and governance.
• Partner with security, networking, applications and other stakeholders to coordinate delivery.
• Provide status reporting, risk mitigation and capacity planning across streams.
• Coordinate dependencies and act as technical delivery lead for platform discussions.
• Oversee GCP landing zone components (IAM, networking).
• Guide GitOps adoption (Config Sync, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions) and CI/CD frameworks.
• Monitor platform SLOs and operational metrics (uptime, MTTR, deployment frequency).
• Identify risks, capacity constraints and opportunities for automation.
• Lead incident response, post-mortems, runbooks and on-call readiness.
• Mentor engineers, support onboarding, and promote continuous improvement.
• Drive automation and AI-driven operations initiatives and security tooling.
• Support strategic sprint planning and resource allocation across teams.
