Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience.
5+ years of leading projects or managing directs.
7+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and cloud platforms.
3+ years leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
3+ years defining technology strategy and adopting AI/ML, cloud services, automation, and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Own risk mitigation and production stability, identify vulnerabilities, root cause analysis, and rapid resolution to ensure high availability.
Oversee the full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing and deployment with secure coding and scalable architecture.
