Job summary

Relativity seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead Automation Services and Infrastructure, driving platform capabilities powering RelativityOne. You’ll define direction, set health metrics, and partner with engineering to deliver secure, scalable platform solutions for builders and customers.

You’ll own the roadmap for platform capabilities, balance discovery and adoption, and lead with AI-enabled workflows while maintaining governance and trust as a foundation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software product management across incubation, migration, or scaled adoption.
• Ability to define scope under uncertainty and ship with customers in hand.
• Experience with developer-facing or platform-facing products – APIs, SDKs, extension frameworks, security primitives.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog, sequencing work by impact, dependencies and priorities.
• Define what "done" looks like and maintain it across incubation or scaling phases.
• Get traction with real customers and internal users, using structured discovery to inform roadmaps.
