Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. seeks a Senior Manager, Platform Architecture to lead the strategic design and evolution of core IT platforms powering energy operations.

You will drive architectural roadmaps, ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance, and mentor teams through hands-on guidance in a dynamic energy IT landscape. The role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in modern architectural patterns, and collaboration with product management, cybersecurity, and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Minimum 10 years of IT architecture experience with platform design focus.
• 3+ years of leadership experience leading large teams or projects.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural principles, standards, and best practices for IT platforms.
• Develop and maintain a long-term platform architecture roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead scalable, secure, and high-performance platform solutions and design reviews.
• Champion modern patterns (microservices, event-driven, cloud-native) and guide technology adoption.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and cybersecurity to translate requirements into architecture.
• Identify risks and debt, proposing mitigation plans and architecture updates.
