Constellation is seeking a Senior Manager IT, Enterprise Architecture - Generation to lead architectural strategy and multi-year roadmaps for generation operations. You will partner across IT, cybersecurity, data, and operations to drive scalable, secure solutions and modernization initiatives that sustain energy delivery and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, etc).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT architecture experience with platform design focus.
• 3 years of leadership experience managing or leading large-scale tech programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proactive and adaptable.
• Deep expertise in scalable, secure enterprise IT platforms.
• Knowledge of modern architectural patterns (microservices, serverless, API-first).

Responsibilities

• Translate operational priorities into architectural designs.
• Provide guidance for Generation initiatives across plant operations, asset management, work management, and data.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and reliable Generation technology solutions.
• Define, evangelize, and govern architectural principles, standards, and best practices.
• Develop long-term platform architecture roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable platform solutions.
• Drive adoption of modern architectural patterns and technologies.
• Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to standards across teams.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance platform capabilities.
• Identify architectural risks and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, operations, and cybersecurity to translate requirements into designs.
• Provide hands-on architectural guidance for complex challenges.
• Oversee implementation ensuring alignment with standards and quality.
• Stay updated on emerging tech in energy and IT; champion innovation.
