Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (CS/Engineering)
• 10+ years in IT architecture with platform design focus
• 3+ years of leadership leading cross-functional teams
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure enterprise platforms

Responsibilities

• Define, evangelize, and govern architectural principles, standards, and best practices across IT platforms.
• Develop and maintain the long-term platform architecture roadmap, aligning with business objectives and industry standards.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, secure platform solutions.
• Drive the adoption of modern architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven, cloud-native).
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance platform capabilities.
