Qualifications

- At least 10 years in IT architecture/technology-heavy roles with platform design focus.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and initiative.
- Deep expertise in scalable, reliable, secure enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern architectural principles, standards, and best practices across IT platforms.
- Develop and maintain a long-term platform architecture roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure platform solutions.
- Drive adoption of modern patterns like microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams.
