Job summary

Constellation is seeking an experienced Senior Manager IT, Enterprise Architecture - Generation to lead architecture strategy, multi-year roadmaps, modernization efforts, and scalable, secure platform solutions in our Generation business. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (CS, Eng Tech, etc.).
• 10+ years in IT architecture/tech-heavy roles with platform design focus.
• 3 years of demonstrated leadership, cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical, proactive problem-solving, adaptable to change.
• Deep expertise in scalable, secure enterprise IT platforms.
• Strong knowledge of modern architectural patterns (microservices, serverless, API-first).

Responsibilities

• Translate operational priorities, regulatory needs, and modernization into architectural designs.
• Provide architectural guidance for Generation initiatives across plant operations, asset management, work management, and OT/IT integration.
• Ensure scalable, resilient, secure platforms aligned with enterprise standards.
• Define, evangelize, and govern architectural principles and roadmaps.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable platform solutions; drive modern patterns and cloud-native tech.
• Conduct architectural reviews and guide development teams; mitigate technical debt.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and cybersecurity to translate requirements into designs.
