AND Digital is seeking a Solution Director – Platform & AI to lead the growth of its Platform & AI practice in the US. You will define go-to-market strategy, shape cloud, AI and platform delivery, and partner with AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft to co-create value for enterprise clients.

Based on a heavy senior leadership background, you will guide multi-disciplinary teams, own architectural governance, and drive measurable outcomes for Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients across Financial

Qualifications

10–15 years in technology or consulting with senior leadership in Platform/Cloud/AI.
Strong client-facing and commercial capabilities with executive stakeholders.
Experience shipping enterprise-scale platform, cloud, software, or AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement with C-suite clients to shape platform and AI delivery.
Define GTM strategy and collaborate with AWS, Google, and Microsoft for co-sell.
Oversee architecture & delivery quality across multiple engagements.
Coach teams in DevOps, MLOps, and cloud-native engineering for measurable outcomes.
Develop reusable accelerators, IP, and training to grow capability.
