Job summary

AND Digital Limited is seeking a Solution Director – Platform & AI to lead growth of the Platform & AI practice in the US. Reporting to the US CTO, you will shape go-to-market strategy, build ecosystem partnerships, and guide delivery across cloud, platform engineering, and AI initiatives for enterprise clients.

You will drive client success, establish engineering standards, mentor teams, and contribute to recruitment and capability growth, with a blended working model across East Coast

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years in technology or consulting, with 6+ years in Platform, Cloud, Software Engineering, Architecture, AI, or related technology delivery.
• Strong client-facing and commercial abilities.
• Experience leading enterprise technology transformation for Fortune 1000 or mid-market clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders (CTO/CDO/CPO) and define technology priorities.
• Translate business needs into Platform & AI solutions and design modern platform architectures.
• Provide senior technical leadership across AI, platform architecture, cloud engineering, and software delivery.
• Lead collaborations with AWS, Google, and Microsoft to co-sell and co-market solutions; oversee delivery against KPIs.
• Shape reusable accelerators, frameworks, and IP; mentor teams across geographies.
• Champion engineering excellence and contribute to US recruitment and capability growth.
