Job summary

AND Digital Limited is seeking a Solution Director – Platform & AI on the East Coast to lead client engagements and define the go-to-market strategy for Platform & AI. You’ll work directly with the US CTO, building partnerships with AWS, Google, and Microsoft, and guide delivery across cloud-native, platform engineering, and AI initiatives.

You will shape modern platform architectures, ensure governance and delivery quality, and mentor teams across the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in senior leadership roles within Platform, Cloud, Software Engineering, AI, or Technology Architecture.
• Led teams shipping platform, cloud, software, or AI solutions into production with measurable impact.
• Balances deep technical fluency with strong client-facing and commercial ability.
• Experience modernising technology platforms, engineering organisations, applications, or client workflows through cloud, platform engineering, and/or AI.
• Must reside on the East Coast (NY/NJ, Atlanta, Charlotte, or South Florida).

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients: act as trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders (CTO/CDO/CPO) and define transformation priorities.
• Shape solutions: translate business needs into Platform & AI solutions and guide cloud-native architectures.
• Technical & Delivery Oversight: provide client-facing technical leadership and governance across AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and modern platforms.
• Drive growth: identify opportunities, co-sell with strategic partners, and contribute to GTM strategies.
• Lead propositions and IP: develop Platform & AI offerings, accelerators, and reusable frameworks.
• Lead and inspire: coach teams across geographies and shape the US Platform & AI practice.
