AND Digital Limited is seeking a Solution Director – Platform & AI to shape and drive the growth of Platform & AI in the US. You will report to the US CTO, define go-to-market strategies, and guide delivery of enterprise-grade platform, cloud, software engineering, and AI solutions.

You’ll partner with AWS, Google, and Microsoft, lead senior teams, and help build the Platform & AI capability across North America, fostering technical excellence and scalable digital transformation.

Qualifications

10 to 15 years in technology or consulting with 6+ years in Platform, Cloud, AI or related delivery.
Proven leadership of enterprise technology transformation and large-scale programs.
Strong communication, storytelling and stakeholder management with executives.

Responsibilities

Engage with C-suite stakeholders and translate strategy into scalable Platform & AI solutions.
Lead architecture and delivery oversight across cloud, platform engineering, and AI.
Drive go-to-market, partnerships, and co-sell with hyperscalers like AWS/Google/M Azure.
Oversee governance, security, and KPIs to ensure measurable client outcomes.
Shape reusable accelerators, IP, and training to grow internal capability in the US.
