Job summary

AND Digital Limited is seeking a Solution Director for Data & AI on the East Coast to shape go‑to‑market strategy, guide AI and data delivery, and mentor teams across the US. You will engage with C‑suite stakeholders, build partnerships, and drive measurable client impact with AWS, Snowflake, and other data platforms.

You’ll lead enterprise AI programs, own the data & AI proposition, and collaborate with partners to co‑sell solutions while thriving in a blended working model with regional clubs.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in technology or consulting, with 6+ years in Data & AI delivery.
• Proven record leading enterprise AI or data programs for Fortune 1000 or mid‑market clients.
• Strong communication and storytelling ability, credible with engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute go‑to‑market strategy for Data & AI offerings.
• Lead solution architecture and delivery across multiple engagements.
• Coach and mentor AI and data engineers across US and nearshore teams.
