The successful candidate will set up equipment, monitor donor comfort, document procedures, and participate in ongoing quality and training activities to ensure compliant operations and safe product collection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 months of experience in medical or health care setting preferred.
• Experience completing training prior to duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations comply with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintain excellent donor service and positive donor experience.
• Keep work areas clean and stocked; report unsafe conditions; perform FIFO inventory.
