Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a role focused on plasmapheresis with venipuncture responsibilities in a high-standard environment. You will support donor safety, maintain compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.

The position emphasizes quality donor experience and adherence to company SOPs. You will operate plasmapheresis equipment, manage alarms, document logs, assist with training, and collaborate with QA to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months in a medical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Training documentation completed before duties independently.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal protocols.

Responsibilities

• Execute plasmapheresis with venipuncture; ensure donor comfort and safety.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP.
• Deliver high-quality donor service and confidentiality.
• Set up equipment, run procedures, label units accurately.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines; troubleshoot alarms and QA logs.
• Disinfect, dispose waste, and follow safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of machines.
• Document donor logs and maintain organized work areas.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and Donor flow management.
• Train teammates as a designated trainer and support QA.
• Collaborate with QA on donor floor performance and CAPAs.
