Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a donor floor operator to perform venipunctures and execute plasmapheresis in a compliant, donor-focused environment. You will set up, operate, and maintain automated systems while ensuring safety and accurate labeling of samples.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute plasmapheresis with venipuncture.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/GMP standards.
• Maintain donor experience and confidentiality.
• Set up equipment, label units, and manage waste.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and troubleshoot alarms.
• Maintain logs and conduct routine maintenance.
• Prepare work areas and manage inventories.
• Train teammates as needed and support QA/NexSys duties.
• Coordinate donor flow and break schedules.
