Octapharma Plasma, Inc. seeks a plasmapheresis technician to conduct venipuncture and plasma collection, operating automated plasmapheresis equipment in a compliant setting. The role emphasizes donor safety, high-quality product, and accurate documentation.

You will monitor donor conditions, maintain equipment, and follow SOPs to ensure FDA and facility standards. The position requires teamwork, reliability, and flexibility for shifts to support donor centers across the region.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 months’ medical/healthcare experience preferred.
• Documentation of training completed before performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute venipunctures and plasmapheresis procedure with quality and safety.
• Operate automated plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms.
• Maintain Donor identification, confidentiality, and donor safety.
• Maintain logs and documentation, including machine logs and safety reports.
• Ensure clean, organized workspace and manage supplies and biohazard waste.
