Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a plasmapheresis technician to perform venipuncture and plasma collection. You will set up equipment, manage supplies, and ensure donor safety and confidentiality in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include operating plasmapheresis machines, monitoring donors for adverse events, maintaining documentation, and delivering high-quality donor experiences in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a medical/healthcare environment preferred (3 months).
• Ability to follow written/verbal SOPs and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute plasmapheresis and venipuncture procedures.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and comply with SOPs.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are ready for procedures.
• Monitor donor safety, comfort, and plasma quality.
• Calibrate and maintain plasmapheresis machines as required.
• Document machine logs and incidents clearly and promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and donor experience.
