The role requires you to set up equipment, monitor donors, label materials, and maintain thorough documentation, while adhering to GMP, CLIA, FDA and OSHA standards. Training and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three (3) months’ healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Complete training documentation prior to duties.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipunctures and plasmapheresis with donor safety in mind.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA/GMP standards.
• Provide high-quality donor service and maintain confidentiality.
• Set up equipment, label units, and maintain collection ratios.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines, troubleshoot alarms, and document QC.
• Disinfect, dispose waste, and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain machine logs and perform routine calibration/maintenance.
• Document records accurately and keep work areas organized.
• Mentor/train team as a designated trainer; support QA tasks.
