Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee plasma center operations, donor flow, and compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards. You will supervise donor processing and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining safety and quality in daily activities.

The role requires training duties, coordination with the Center Manager, and ongoing collaboration with other teams to support high-quality donor experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified as Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor and Designated Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ability to perform all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Learn and maintain familiarity with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP procedures and internal SOPs.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and records to meet production standards and regulations.
• Attend required training sessions and staff meetings; ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
