Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead daily donor floor operations at the Stonecrest, GA plasma center. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage shifts, and support the Center Manager in achieving throughput, quality, and donor satisfaction.

You will maintain safety standards, document records, and partner with Quality to address deviations while driving continuous improvement in a high-volume plasma center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and relevant phlebotomy certifications.
• Typically 6 years of related phlebotomy/donor processing experience.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts in a regulated, high-volume setting.
• Strong English communication and SOP/protocol understanding.

Responsibilities

• Acts as shift leader in absence of Center Manager and oversees donor flow.
• Supervises donor center staff, assigns tasks, schedules and coaching.
• Maintains schedules to accommodate donor cycles and staffing needs.
• Manages inventory and ordering of supplies to meet operations.
