Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead daily donor center activities, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory and quality standards are met. The role supports the Center Manager in driving performance, donor satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

The position requires phlebotomy experience, certifications, and strong leadership in a regulated plasma center environment. This on-site role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; multiple plasma-related certifications listed.
• Six years of related phlebotomy, donor processing and plasma processing experience.
• Ability to operate in a highly regulated, high-volume medical environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as acting leader in absence of Center Manager and provide shift leadership.
• Oversee donor operations and supervise staff during assigned shifts.
• Create staff schedules to meet donor cycles and center needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and submit orders to vendors.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and SOPs.
• Prepare accurate reports and support continuous center improvement.
• Ensure donor experience is exceptional through proactive issue resolution.
• Support onboarding and cross-training of staff.
