Job summary

Grifols seeks a Senior Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day donor center operations in the United States. You will supervise staff, manage donor flow, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This role acts as a lead resource during shifts and supports the Center Manager in achieving performance targets.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory control, coaching, and documenting activities while upholding Grifols’ standards for donor safety and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in phlebotomy and donor processing with demonstrated poise under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor floor operations and supervise staff during shifts.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, and task assignments to optimize throughput.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Promote safety, donor satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
