Job summary

Grifols seeks a Plasma Center Operations Manager to lead donor center operations, ensuring donor safety, regulatory compliance, and achievement of production goals. This role supervises frontline staff, collaborates with Training and Quality, and ensures adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

The position will oversee centers with significant plasma collection, requires strong leadership, budgeting, and compliance experience. Located in Corpus Christi, TX, USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience in clinical, manufacturing, or healthcare operations.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor center operations in the absence of the Center Manager.
• Partner with Training and Quality to meet training and quality goals.
• Coach and lead staff through feedback to Operations Supervisors.
• Monitor operations and work with Center Manager on action plans to maximize efficiency.
• Manage personnel functions: hiring, assignments, training, and records.
• Assist with budget preparation and center cost control.
• Delegate and supervise production staff and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards.
