Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our plasma center in the United States. You will supervise donor flow, oversee production staff, and ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP standards.

You will train new hires, maintain thorough records, and report to the Center Manager. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to ensure donor satisfaction and high-quality manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified as Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires related experience in phlebotomy and donor processing in plasma centers.
• Must maintain compliance with FDA/OSHA/CLIA and cGMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform all tasks within the plasma center.
• Supervise donor flow and production staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
• Prepare timely reports for Center Manager.
• Train new employees and retrain current staff.
• Build rapport with donors to support long-term donations.
