• Experience in clinical or cGMP regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and donor center operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor center operations when Center Manager is absent and ensure production targets.
• Collaborate with Training and Quality staff to meet training and quality goals.
• Lead and coach staff; manage schedules and performance.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, CLIA, OSHA and cGMP standards and records.
• Monitor center finances, budgets, and donor recruitment activities.
• Direct hiring, assignments, discipline, and personnel records.
• Ensure center facilities, equipment, and safety protocols are maintained.
