Job summary

Grifols, S.A is seeking a Plasma Center Operations Manager to lead day-to-day donor center operations, ensuring donor safety and regulatory compliance while achieving production goals. You will supervise frontline staff and coordinate with the Center Manager in a fast-paced plasma collection center.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, preferably in a cGMP environment, with plasma or blood product familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires 3+ years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with plasma or whole blood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the donor center when the Center Manager is not present.
• Collaborates with Training and Quality staff to ensure training and quality goals are met.
• Coaches and leads through effective feedback to employees through the Operations Supervisor(s).
• Monitors and evaluates operations and works with the Center Manager to maximize center efficiency.
