Job summary

You will manage staff, ensure training and performance align with SOPs, and drive center efficiency while meeting production targets. This role requires collaboration with regional management and a strong donor relations focus to ensure safety and donor satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field.
• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience in clinical or general business settings.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required; experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly goals, staffing hours per CPL targets, and KPI goals.
• Create an organizational environment that stimulates morale and productivity.
• Operate the center and manage staff to the highest standard of ethics and integrity.
• Manage staff to ensure training and quality goals are met and implement process improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate operations; develop action plans to maximize center efficiency.
• Oversee headcount to provide efficient staffing and budget alignment.
