Electrical Automation Services seeks a seasoned Controls Engineer for its Glendale, AZ plant to provide on-site automation support on high-speed beverage lines.

You will write and troubleshoot ladder logic, maintain backups, mentor maintenance staff, and lead projects to improve safety, quality, and throughput.

The role requires a 2-2-3 12-hour day rotation, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, $100,000–$130,000 base with 20% bonus and relocation assistance.

Competenze

• Hands-on PLC programming, not just troubleshooting.
• 4+ years of industrial automation on high-speed production lines.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.

Mansioni

• Serve as on-shift controls and automation expert.
• Provide Tier 1/2 troubleshooting for PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and networks.
• Identify recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Lead controls projects to improve safety, quality, reliability and throughput.
• Mentor maintenance technicians and operators.
