Job summary

Electrical Automation Services seeks a qualified Manufacturing Controls Engineer to support high-speed beverage production lines at our Glendale, AZ facility. This on-site, day-shift role involves writing and debugging ladder logic in Studio 5000/RSLogix 5000, diagnosing PLCs, HMIs, and motion controllers, and collaborating with operations and maintenance to improve safety and throughput.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PLC programming required, not just troubleshooting
• 4+ years of industrial automation on high-speed production lines
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-shift controls and automation expert
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting for PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems and networks
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to restore production
• Lead controls projects to improve safety, quality and throughput
• Maintain documentation and backups for PLC/HMI programs
