Job summary

Electrical Automation Services seeks an experienced Manufacturing Controls Engineer for its Glendale, AZ facility. You will be the on-site controls expert, supporting automated beverage packaging lines, diagnosing PLC/HMI issues, and implementing improvements.

You will mentor technicians, handle Tier 1/2 support, and drive projects that enhance safety, quality, and throughput. A 4+ year background in industrial automation and strong Allen-Bradley skills are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PLC programming on high-speed production lines.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-shift controls and automation expert in plant.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and networking issues.
• Implement permanent corrective actions and participate in MOC process.
