Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics seeks a Physician Liaison based in Dallas–Fort Worth to own the field rollout, build trust with pediatric practices, and generate referrals. You will spend five days a week in clinics, presenting our ADHD-focused care and collaborating with physicians and front-desk teams.

You’ll drive activation, run in-services, and manage CRM records to optimize referrals and physician engagement. Strong clinical background and a proven sales track record are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare sales or provider relations; pediatrics or behavioral health a plus.
• Clinical background is a real advantage (nurse, MA, or care-delivery background).
• You work fast and handle multiple priorities.
• You can walk into a room cold; front desk is the hardest door.
• You can present to a full practice; in-services require leadership.
• You’re disciplined about documentation; CRM like Salesforce/Zoho must be current.
• You learn fast, take coaching, and adapt in a new market.
• Based in Dallas–Fort Worth with valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Activate new clinics by targeting Dallas–Fort Worth, book meetings, and convert practices to referrals.
• Run in-services for physicians and staff to explain treatments and referral flow.
• Grow the clinics by building relationships with physicians and staff and maintaining ongoing follow-up.
